Scott Mehlman and Blair Mehlman continued to build on their family legacy when they created Mehlman Brothers Custom Homes in 2012. Scott is a seasoned and respected residential custom home builder with over 20 years of experience in all facets of real estate.  Scott is responsible for the day-to-day onsite operations of each project from permitting and land entitlement all the way through warranty work upon completion. Relying on his interpersonal skills to work with subcontractors and clients, allows Scott to ensure each and every aspect of a project meets and exceeds the company’s high-quality standards. Scott is also a licensed real estate Salesperson in the state of Missouri.

Blair Mehlman

Founder / Co-Owner

Blair brings considerable skill and experience to his role at Mehlman Brothers. Blairs hands-on experience in the construction field gives him a keen understanding of the process of building or renovating a home. He takes the lead on managing important client, trade partner, designer and architect relationships. Blair is personally involved in all steps of the process from design and budget development to quality control to ensure projects remain within budget and on schedule. Blair is a licensed real estate Broker in the state of Missouri.
